gWLM allows you to configure a number of events you can monitor through SIM. Set these events in SIM as follows:

  1. Select from the SIM menu bar:

    Tools
     -> VSE Management

  2. Select the Shared Resource Domain tab

  3. Select from the VSE Management menu bar:

    Tools
     -> Global Workload Manager
     -> Events...

After configuring these events, you can monitor them through the various Events items in the left pane of SIM.
