This document describes system requirements and
installation procedures for the HP Virtual Server Environment (VSE) Management Software for HP-UX. System administrators
can use this guide to install the VSE Management Software on an HP-UX
Central Management Server (CMS), or upgrade from a previous version
of the software. Installation of agent software on managed systems
is also covered. This document is intended to be used along with the VSE Management Software Version 4.0 Getting Started Guide, which provides an overview
of the HP Virtual Server Environment, the VSE Management Software,
and software configuration procedures.
This document does not cover installation on an
HP ProLiant CMS running Microsoft® Windows®. For that information,
